I CAN'T THANK DAVE CERULLI ENOUGH!! Dave Cerulli's vast knowledge of what's going on in the car industry, his attention to details, and his high standards for supporting each Tune Up Plus customer saved me $7,000 - $30,000 dollars! In August 2023, I brought my 12-year-old Hyundai Sonata in for an oil check. Dave reviewed my oil use history and saw it was burning oil rather quickly. He didn't stop there. He let me know that Hyundai had a program where they replaced engines in cars losing oil because of a certain problem that seemed to match my situation. Jumping to the end of this story, I got my car on the list, the car blew a rod, and after Dave sent my flawless oil change record to Hyundai, at 104,000 miles, my Sonata got a new engine! It didn't cost me a dime. A new engine could have cost $7,000. A new car? Who knows. Thank you, thank you, Dave!

I had the best customer service for my vehicle. Elmer was fast and didn't hassle me with services I didn't need. The receptionist was super helpful getting me a tire for a great price across town. I will return again!
