I just want to submit this review with ***** 5 stars. I am a new customer...but I have left very confident the service I needed for my truck have been addressed and repaired. The customer service @ the Hampton West mercury boulevard location is awesome. So far I have left feeling like the people servicing my truck really care. Thank you... goes out to all of you. The new manager is awesome I came in with some questions about my car in June before I went out of town and the manager was very rude he talked to me as if I didn’t know anything at all and I had general questions and he made it so difficult so I was riding pass and decided to come back in and get a oil change and the lady Mona was amazing she was honest about her wait time and I asked her the same questions and she made things so clear and she knows her stuff being a women and that made me feel safe and comfortable with coming back because I was NOT EVER GOING TO COME BACK WITH THAT GENTLEMAN THAT WAS THERE IN JUNE!!! But now I will be a returning customer and refer people here because Mona is a ray of sunshine.

THANKS SO MUCH, Robert and crew, for making my air conditioning work again!! They also took the time out of their busy day to explain the repair to me. It was time and money well-spent and now, my truck is no longer like a sauna...keep up the awesome work!!
