Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! The store manager communicated with me the whole time my car was there, so there were no surprises when it came time to pay. From the Customer Service phone inquiry I had to the time I pulled off in my vehicle this was the best service hands down, Tony the Mgr was so informative and told me at each interval if something needed to be done to my car, him and his technicians even showed me the problem areas, I am somewhat novice when it comes to cars so this was much appreciated, He didn't make me feel like this was a rushed job and this was Memorial Day Weekend and they were very busy, so I appreciate everything that him and the other technicians did for me, I will definitely be back!
I absolutely recommend Tune Up Plus. David is a great guy, listens to your concerns and takes care of his customers. Since my first inspection with him I have been going back for the last couple years every time I have an issue. If you need anything he’s your guy. His employees are awesome as well!
