As always will be returning anytime I have car issues. Lisa went above and beyond with helping me and explaining what’s wrong. Even though it was something I have to take to the dealership they were so amazing and worked with me. Can’t stress enough how amazing not only lisa but the whole crew is!!!

The crew is wonderful and get great work done in a timely fashíon. The General Manager Lisa Miller is always a pleasure to talk with she understands customer service.

I was kinda nervous getting a tune up done on my mercedes benz since the maintenance is quite unique and generally pricey. I would like to give a Great big thank you to Trevor Terrell!!! He was so knowledgeable and helpful with getting my maintenance done in a timely fashion. He explained everything done to me in detail and he answered all my questions. I will definitely be making Tune plus my go to for all my maintenance needs. And I have to add that the customer service was Exceptional!!!

The service I received was outstanding the employees were polite and courteous I really had a good experience and will have my car serviced there as long as I am in Virginia and I didn’t have to wait a long time

I came in because my car was burning gas like crazy. Tom recommended i get a fuel system service. As soon as i left i could feel the difference in my car. And after two days of driving around i can see the differences it has made, my car is running like its brand new!!! Pete was the one that performed the service on my car. Tom was professional and very piolet. Definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking to get there car serviced. I will definitely be bringing my car back to these guys. Thank you TuneUp Plus!!
